Gooseneck barnacles, Nakwakto Rapids, British Columbia - I had barnacles in Spain, so good! But....expensive, so beware! They taste like lobster, with the consistency of a mussel. One note I forgot I had made, barnacles with a red bottom are more full of meat & taste better than yellow ones.

Barnacles. I really like how they look really small and fragile. There is a range of different colours but seem to be a mixture of pale pinks/purples with hints of yellow. There isn't really a pattern except some white lines running throughout. The Barnacles have a circular shape. The texture would be quite rough.
