Ingredients: 2 red bell peppers, cored, seeded, and roughly chopped 1 large Spanish onion, roughly chopped 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves and stems 2 cups fresh Italian parsley leaves and stems ½ cup fresh oregano leaves and stems 15 to 20 garlic cloves (2 ounces or the cloves from 1 head) peeled 3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Ingredients: 2 habanero peppers, stemmed and roughly chopped ¼ cup distilled white vinegar 1 bunch fresh cilantro - roughly chopped (about 2 cups) ½ large Spanish onion, roughly chopped 1 bunch scallions, trimmed and roughly chopped 4 garlic cloves, smashed and roughly chopped 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup of unrefined coconut oil Juice of 1 lime
