Dr. Joel Fuhrman's breakfast bars. ‎2C Quick cooking Oats 1/2C coconut & dates (unsweetened) 2 ripe bananas, mashed 3/4C chopped apple 1/4C chopped walnuts mix all together. press into a 9X9 pan lined w/parchment paper and bake for 40 mins at 350* Vegan Breakfast, Breakfast Recipes, Breakfast Bars, Health Eating, Health Food, Quick Cooking, Cooking Recipes

BIKINI FIT LUNCH: Black-eyed Pea Salad 2 cans black-eyed peas, 1 diced tomato, 1/2 diced red onion, 1 small or 1/2 large red, yellow, or orange bell pepper, 1 jalapeno,4 green onions, 1/3 cup cilantro, 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (unseasoned), 2 Tbsp. canola oil, 1/2 tsp. organic cane sugar, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bean dishes are a good substitute for meat dishes when trying to get fit! Top Recipes, Delicious Recipes, Meat Dishes, Side Dishes, Appetizer Recipes

It’s not about calories, it’s about the type of foods you eat! If you eat a very low calorie intake of processed crap not meant to be digested by your body by nature, your not going to see results. EAT CLEAN Healthy Weight, Eating Healthy, Delicious Healthy, Weight Protein, Healthy Sleep

Eat to live 6 week plan......i have been on this for 4 wks now. Totally off my Diabetes and Diuretic meds and have been able to cut my blood pressure meds in half. Have also lost 12 lbs. It is easier than it looks. Easy Juice Recipes, Juice Cleanse Recipes, Hcg Recipes, Diabetic Recipes
