Patient was in need of veneers due to multiple, old, large restorations in front teeth with decalcification present. Before veneers could be done to provide the best esthetics, we did orthodontics on the patient to get her teeth in a more ideal alignment. After orthodontics, we proceeded with the veneer process using CEREC (in-office fabrication of crowns and veneers). This was a case of esthetics being the by-product of necessary treatment.
