1 – 1.5c beans 6 slices bacon 1 large onion, chopped 1/2c barbecue sauce 1c beer 1/4c brown sugar 1/4c ketchup 2Tbsp. Dijon mustard 1Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce few drops of hot sauce, or chipotle sauce Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large pot, cook the bacon & onions over med-high heat for 5-10min, until the bacon is cooked & the onions are soft. Add the beans & rest of ingredients, stir to combine, cover & bake for 2.5hrs, stir (add more liquid if it seems dry) until thickened & saucy
