Shoulder impingement is a very common cause of shoulders pain. It occurs when the rotator cuff tendons are repeatedly trapped during shoulders movements.When it happens, the rotator cuff tendons may become inflamed (tendonitis)..Try to:1️⃣ not pull too high: limit how high you lift the bar —> only lift the bar to the lower ribs;2️⃣ keep your elbows under/in line with the shoulders;3️⃣ try not to go too heavy.
