Sit up & pull back ~ not coming all the way up (unless you feel it in your back) keep dumbbells at shoulder height elbows locked into the waist as you pull. 2. Seated shoulder press with 3 chest pulses (keep elbows at 90 degrees) 3. Russian twists x 3 and press ~ feet on or off try to minimize movement at the knees 4. Sit up & press. Come all the way up & then press. Can be done just bodyweight✅ 5. Straight leg oblique crunch ~ you can bring your shoulders right off or stay with your back down as you crunch across.
