The process. It takes hours and hours of sewing the material on the sewing machine and then adding the wire and edging. Strong upholstery thread is then used to handstich the design in place. Lots of shaping and placement. Then the best part, the flowers feathers and whatever else we may trim the hat with. It’s a lot of work, but very rewarding. ChurchDerbyHats.com
