Mosaic Grid Zendoodle Drawings

Katherine Cahoon Mosaic Grid Zendoodle drawing This lesson originally came from the Incredible Art Department, by Paul Zambos. http://incredibleart.org/lessons/middle/larry-valuegrid.htm. This process of this project took a very long time. If I were to do it again I would certainly do it in smaller scale, however I was 100% satisfied with the results. They may not have been as impressive on a smaller scale. Melissa Henderson Hannah S Racheal

He, thru his amazingly polite assistant Milena Kardaleva, was asking for permission to use images of some murals I completed at North Drive Middle School in Hopkinsville, TN during 2001. As I had not featured these images on my site or focused on my murals…

Lesson #13 Tweaking and Refining Your Artwork

Last week we practiced perspective and shadows by painting overlapping pillows. This week we are going to review a few things. When you spend many hours on your artwork you begin to see it in a way that isn’t reality. You need fresh eyes and a new perspective. There are several ways to do this. One is to put your work away, take a break, and look at it again later (maybe a week later!). Another way is to have someone else look at it to give their opinion. You can also stand way back across…
