I loved making this cake. I used the amazing William Tan’s tutorial (Ipoh Bakery). I needed to put this doll at the front of the cake because she has huge ice skates on her feet that don’t come off. The tutorial was really great and detailed but...
phew this was a lot of chocolate cake!..base a 10" and dolls 2 × 8″ and a 6" dome cake…really enjoyed making this and loved the little girls reaction when she saw it! :) thanks for looking xxx
