I’ve been depressed, so I made this. There’s 28 activities, one for each day of Feb, but each activities is not listed for a particular date. The idea is to challenge myself daily to make small improvements on good days or to relax & take what I need on bad days. I’ll pick whatever I feel up to. : bulletjournal
