This man is a local and traditionnal witchdoctor ( pouri pouri man, or luri luri man) who has a special power with his father: thanks to a bamboo stick, they can ask it (the bamboo) to show them the guilty man or woman of a robbery. The bamboo shows them the way and lead them to the robber! They can also kill the guilty person with the bamboo.
