Try our latest wine cocktail, the Red Cat Splash! Recipe: 1½ oz. Camarena Tequila Silver 1½ oz. Red Cat ½ oz. Lime juice ½ oz. Agave nectar 2 oz. Grapefruit soda Garnish: Lime wedge Combine all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Hazlitt’s Special Red Cat Sauce!! •1 medium onion, finely chopped •1 large green pepper •6 cloves garlic, minced •3 tbsp olive oil Mix all that together, then add: •2 28oz cans of tomato puree •2 28oz cans of diced tomatoes •1 cup Red Cat •2 tsp fresh basil, finely chopped •1 tsp oregano •½ lb each, sweet and hot Italian sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled Simmer for about three hours, if the sauce is too thick, add a bit more Red Cat!
