I finally ditched the elaborate board and now have Two Cool Cats of the Day for Helpers.  They do ALL the jobs for the day.  Kids  are thrilled because they get to have every job every 10 days.  How fun is that?  Takes seconds to implement each day. Simplyfying my jobs has simplyfied my life!
