Probably a hybrid of A. scabra x A. americana ssp. protoamericana this clone selected by fellow agave geek Tony Avent exhibits an almost bead-like silvery cast on deep blue leaves. Sweeet Sun and good drainage of course. Expect at least 4 x 5' in climates not falling below 15 F though has recovered quickly from below 10 F upper USDA zone 7.
