Best Steak Marinade in Existence: 1/3c soya sauce, 1/2c olive oil, 1/2c fresh lemon juice, 1/4c worcestershire sauce, 1tsp minced garlic, 1-1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 3 tbsp dry basil, 1-1/2 tbsp dry parsley, 1 tsp ground white pepper, 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce - whisk together well (or in a blender) coat steak well & refrigerate up to 8 hours!
Here is a fantastic steak marinade, courtesy of Rachael Ray. I've used it so many times, for steak sandwiches and salads, quick skillet steaks, and nice big juicy steaks on the grill. It has become a favorite method in our house if we are looking for something a little more then just olive oil, kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper.
