Threading the needle. Seems simple, but of course it isn't Lots of core work here- you're like, "what?! Core?! That's arm work!" - Nope. The core is working so hard here to maintain both balance and stability as the arm moves. The obliques fire to keep the torso stable as one arm moves and the other doesn't. Naturally you will get great arm and back work from this exercise as well. I'm only on 1 high yellow spring here and I definitely feel the burn. Happy Monday and happy moving!❤️
