Gloaming at the Bell Rock, Angus, Scotland
The last minutes of darkness on a winter's morning at the Bell Rock. The lighthouse which is 12 miles off the coast of Arbroath was first lit in 1811 and will be 200 years old in February 2011. This was about two hours after low tide - the helipad built in the 1970s and the cast iron walkway (dating from 1811) can be seen in this shot. These are both covered at high tide.
