It's good, but...with the proportions here, it just doesn't have the kind of kick we prefer. Per 8 cups of fresh tomatoes, I used 2 jalepenos and 1 poblano. In addition, I added 1/4 tsp. chipoltle at a time to taste for each batch. Really no spice to it at all until I added the chipoltle. I'll keep looking for the perfect recipe, but in the meantime, I'd be willing to do it again.
