1605-1610 German Gentleman of Nuremberg's suit. Doublet pattern from Janet Arnold's "Patterns of Fashion 1560-1620". Rest of the patterns invented/modified from other sources. Costume 2008-09. Incomplete in a certain sense - along with many of the other costumes - I intend to add silver beads to the cloak, a pleated ruff and cuffs, half done. The matching gloves, hose and shoes are not shown.
