Janice Bridges--I'm turning 56 this year and I was born in 1956. I love that I haven't felt the need to color my hair (yes I'm gray and proud), never had botox or fillers. I'm not saying that I won't do it some day, but at this point in my life I'm really loving who I am. I work out everyday, I eat well and have a positive attitude. I'm a corporate vice president of marketing for a large health system in Michigan and I love my job.
