I’m Committed. “I’ve always loved the way I feel after working out, but if you’re like me and let things get in the way of getting a workout in, and then of course after a while, it’s just hard to get back into the groove of working out. But, it is so important to take that time and whether 15 or 45 minutes and get your workout on and break a sweat! I’m committed! I always say working out is my therapy!” - @jessicaduckwife
