Hypericum Calycinum. There are some plants that create their own little bit of sunshine and this is one of them. However it is an extremely tough shrub, so plant it in perfect soil and conditions and it becomes extremely tough to keep under control...so plant where the sun doesn't shine and only weeds  grow and you will be rewarded with a lovely spot of happy yellow sunshine.
