1 loaf croissant bread 3 eggs 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp butter Brûlée: 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Pinch salt Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip each side of bread into egg mixture. Cook each side until golden-brown.  Combine brûlée ingredients and sprinkle onto toast.
