Easy chicken and rice casserole. 1 can cream of mushroom Campbell's soup, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup white rice, 4-5 chicken breast. Season thin chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brown both sides and set aside (it will finish cooking in oven) In a sauce pan add soup, milk and water and bring to a boil. Add rice and season to taste. Remove rice before its fully cooked (about 15min) and add to baking dish. Place chicken breast onto rice. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 min. Enjoy!
