Chapter 7. Larry Ciscon Affidavit - What the Boss of the BOS Said. The software company, Modulus Technologies, was acquired by Enron Broadband in December 1998. Modulus brought software engineers and key technology components to EBS. The principals of Modulus were Rex Shelby, David Berberian, and Larry Ciscon.
