One thing that stood out for me in the last 10 years. Going slow IS going fast When you take time to slow down, you’re able to listen. You’re likely to tap into the intelligence of your intuition & make wiser decisions. I slowed down in the last decade. Happy World Introvert Day (& Happy New Year!) Even though I may come across as a social person, I’m an absolute introvert. There are advantages to being one - it makes me a naturally empathic & observant creator. It’s easy to ideate, imagine and create - be it content, businesses, programmes or websites. The downside is I get easily drained in noisy & crowded places. Too much people interaction can exhaust me. I need to spend time in solitude & nature to recharge.
