Recipe at "Less is More" Take 3
The recipe this week from "Less is More" is to take any three of all the challenges posted to date and combine them into one card! This is one of my inky indulgences... I began with some Versamark and clear embossed splodges and swirls, then inked the panel with SU Wisteria Wonder, using my duster brushes. I added a whole bunch of other stamps including text, flowers, butterflies and postmarks. I cut the panel into 3 equal sections and inked the edges with silver ink. It's a sentiment from…

At Less is More the challenge for the next two weeks is to simply pick a favourite challenge from any of the 150 previous challenges as a theme for your card. Here I used week 107 Up in the Air. It's simply a seagull cut using my Silhouette and mounted over a dark cardstock. The sentiment is from Paper Smooches. Week 147 here... a Christmas card incorporating a bird. White Space but not white!
As most visitors to "Less is More" know, we are always banging on about 'White Space'! I guess it's the essence of the the Clean and Simple genre and it's the one most difficult thing for many crafters to get their heads around. White space doesn't have to be white... it just need to be a clear area, which is why patterned paper can't be used for this.
