The Søborg Sword, XI.3 from Records of the Medieval Sword. Peter Johnsson, based upon Alfred Geibig's research, dates this sword to 1100-1175 AD. It has a Geibig Type 9 blade. The fuller of the blade has silver inlay, with one side reading "SCSPETRNUS" and the other "B E N E D I C A T N T IV SCT M A T".

Sword pommel decorated with the arms of Pierre de Dreux, Duke of Brittany, who was captured during the Seventh Crusade at the Battle of al-Mansurah in Egypt on February 8, 1250. He was later ransomed and released, but died during his return to France.
