You body gets more nutrients when you eat whole raw organic fruits and vegetables. But when you juice those same fruits and veggies, your body absorbs the same nutrients and enzymes more thoroughly because it doesn't have any fibers to break down to get to all the good stuff. Juicing is my favorite multivitamin:)
