Building an anti-racist and anti-biased classroom, providing students with source material and texts to watch and read is critical.  The 13th Documentary on Netflix is a great way to start.  Pair it with your units that deal with injustice as a place to start talking about racism and it's historical roots.  This is a must watch for English teachers.
