Here I paint a red strawberry blossom. Normally these flowers are white, but there is a long-flowering variety that carries red ones. Here in Switzerland it is strawberry season in May/June. The rough surface is still a challenge, but slowly I am getting used to it. But one thing has become clear to me: it is much more fun to work on finer surfaces and the next surface must meet this requirement. What I find very nice is the possibility to pull the painting "around the corner".
