Residential real estate can be incredibly difficult to break into.  The Portland market is hyper-competitive and success requires both a personal touch and a distinct brand and voice.  Brokers Louis Guidi and Tracy Gibbons came to us with just such a challenge – craft a brand that’s local, distinct and relatable. His brand had grown to cover everything from teaching and legal opinions to providing expert witness, technology, musicology and writing.  He wanted a new logo that was versatile, colorful and easily adjusted for any use.  Our work focused on two iterations, one for wider layouts and one for taller layouts, allowing the symbol to stand on it’s own, or in conjunction with the brand name.
